Led full-stack delivery across two products: Twarit, a logistics platform built from scratch, and Monaire, where I worked on-site as part of a client engagement building the HVAC platform in React and FastAPI.

• Built Twarit end to end: system design, JWT auth and permission management, REST APIs with unit tests, and CI/CD for both frontend and backend.
• Led a team of three developers, covering task distribution, code review, and pair programming.
• Overhauled the Monaire front end for performance and maintainability, and integrated third-party services including Zoho, Metabase, and Resideo sensors.
• Shipped a React Native app for contractors to both iOS and Android.
• Ran technical design and architecture reviews across the team.

• Built CT Forms from scratch: a reusable React form-builder UI library, Redux state management, and a dashboard app that consumed it.
